Old Fitzhugh Townhomes has engaged Certified Homes to complete the construction phase of buildings on site. Certified Homes, a local custom home builder, has been constructing distinctive, quality homes for the past 19 years in Austin, Texas. Rick Hardy received received his undergraduate degree from the School of Architecture and his Masters in Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma. and started building homes in the Dallas area in 1985.. Robert Hardy, construction and project manager for this development, received a B. S. in Construction Science from Texas A & M University. Below is a sample of homes built in Austin.
